ActiReports 13 Installation Rollback

    Good morning,

    I’ve just purchased a license of ActiveReports 13, an while installing it I get the following error:

    Is there a way to know exactly why does the rollback happen?

    I’ve checked the system requirements and I meet all of them.

    Please share the log file with us so that we can narrow down the issue at our end.

    Here you have the log.

    Apparently the error is extracting to a temporary directory :

    SFXCA: Failed to extract to temporary directory. Cabinet error code 11.

    Hello,

    Could you please try to install AR13 with the admin privileges? Also, please try after turning off UAC in the system.

    If the problem still occurs, please share the full log file of the installer.

    Hello,

    Could you please confirm the following things:

    1: Please try to install without the sample.

    2: Please try after disabling the antivirus of your system.

    3: Is there any other version of AR is present in your system(Like AR12 or AR11).

    4: Could you please try to install the License manager explicitly, so that we can narrow down the issue. Please share the log file If setup failed. If not, please try to install the AR after installing the License Manager

    5: Please share the full environment detail(Including OS Version, bit, Number and name of Visual studio, antivirus name)

    6: Also, please share the event viewer message.
